第26条 十八歳未満の者についての管轄権の除外 ―Article 26 Exclusion of jurisdiction over persons under eighteen

　裁判所は、犯罪を実行したとされる時に十八歳未満であった者について管轄権を有しない。

The Court shall have no jurisdiction over any person who was under the age of 18 at the time of the alleged commission of a crime.

　本裁判所は、犯罪の実行の時に18歳に満たない人に対して、管轄権を有しない。
