第6条 集団殺害犯罪 ― Article 6 Genocide

　この規程の適用上、「集団殺害犯罪」　とは、国民的、民族的、人種的又は宗教的な集団の全部又は一部に対し、その集団自体を破壊する意図をもって行う次のいずれかの行為をいう。
　(a)　当該集団の構成員を殺害すること。
　(b)　当該集団の構成員の身体又は精神に重大な害を与えること。
　(c)　当該集団の全部又は一部に対し、身体的破壊をもたらすことを意図した生活条件を故意に課すること。
　(d)　当該集団内部の出生を妨げることを意図する措置をとること。
　(e)　当該集団の児童を他の集団に強制的に移すこと。

For the purpose of this Statute, "genocide" means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

第6条　ジェノサイド
　本規程の目的に関して、「ジェノサイド」とは、国民、民族、種族または宗教集団の全部または一群を破壊する意図をもって、次に掲げる行為を行なうことを意味する。
　　a　集団の構成員を殺害すること
　　b　集団の構成員に対して、重大な身体的または精神的な害悪を加えること
　　c　集団の全部または一部についてその身体の破壊をもたらすことを意図した集団生活の条件をことさらに押しつけること
　 d　集団内の出生を妨げることを意図した措置を課すこと
　 e　集団の子どもを他の集団に強制的に移転すること
