第5条 裁判所の管轄権の範囲内にある犯罪 ― Article 5 Crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court

1　裁判所の管轄権は、国際社会全体の関心事である最も重大な犯罪に限定する。裁判所は、この規程に基づき次の犯罪について管轄権を有する。
　(a)　集団殺害犯罪
　(b)　人道に対する犯罪
　(c)　戦争犯罪
　(d)　侵略犯罪

1. The jurisdiction of the Court shall be limited to the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole. The Court has jurisdiction in accordance with this Statute with respect to the following crimes:

(a) The crime of genocide;

(b) Crimes against humanity;

(c) War crimes;

(d) The crime of aggression.

第5条　本裁判所の管轄権に服する犯罪
　1　本裁判所の管轄権は、国際社会全体の関心の対象となっている最も重大な犯罪に限られる。本裁判所は、次に掲げる犯罪について、本規程に従って、管轄権を有する。
　　a　ジュノサイドの罪
　　b　人道に対する罪
　　c　戦争犯罪
　　d　侵略の罪
