第128条 正文 ― Article 128 Authentic texts

　本規程の原本は、アラビア語、中国語、英語、フランス語、ロシア語およびスペイン語による正文を等しく真正なものとし、国際連合事務総長に寄託され、事務総長はその認証文付き謄本をあらゆる国に送付しなければならない。

　以上の証拠として、下記署名者は、それぞれの政府による正当に授権され、本規程に署名した。

The original of this Statute, of which the Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish texts are equally authentic, shall be deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who shall send certified copies thereof to all States.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being duly authorized thereto by their respective Governments, have signed this Statute.
