第104条 刑執行国の指定の変更 ― Article 104 Change in designation of State of enforcement

　①　本裁判所は,いつでも、刑の言渡しを受けた人を別の何の刑務所に移送することを決定することができる。
　②　刑の言渡しを受けた人は、本裁判所に付し、刑執行国から移送するよう申し立てることができる。

1. The Court may, at any time, decide to transfer a sentenced person to a prison of another State.

2. A sentenced person may, at any time, apply to the Court to be transferred from the State of enforcement.
