第79条 信託基金 ― Article 79 Trust Fund

　①　締約国会議の決定により、本裁判所の管轄権に属する犯罪の被害者およびその家族の利益のため、信託基金を設立しなければならない。
　②　本裁判所は、その命令によって、罰金または没収によって取得した金銭およびその他の財産を信託基金に移すように命じることができる。
　③ 信託基金は、締約国会議が定める基準に従って、運営されなければならない。

1. A Trust Fund shall be established by decision of the Assembly of States Parties for the benefit of victims of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court, and of the families of such victims.

2. The Court may order money and other property collected through fines or forfeiture to be transferred, by order of the Court, to the Trust Fund.

3. The Trust Fund shall be managed according to criteria to be determined by the Assembly of States Parties.
