第2条　裁判所と国際連合との連携関係 ― Article 2 Relationship of the Court with the United Nations

第1部 裁判所の設立 ― PART 1. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COURT

　裁判所は、この規程の締約国会議が承認し、及びその後裁判所のために裁判所長が締結する協定によって国際連合と連携関係をもつ。

The Court shall be brought into relationship with the United Nations through an agreement to be approved by the Assembly of States Parties to this Statute and thereafter concluded by the President of the Court on its behalf.

第2条　国際連合に対する本裁判所の関係
　本裁判所は、本規程の締約国の会議で承認され、かつ、その後締約国会議のために本裁判所の所長が締結する協定によって、国連との関係を結ぶ。
