第126条 発効 ― Article 126 Entry into force
① 本規程は、国際連合事務総長に第60番目の批准書、受諾書、承認書または加入書が寄託された日付から起算して60日後の月の第1日に、効力を生ずる。
② 本規程は、第60番目の批准書、受諾書、承認書または加入書が寄託された後に、批准し、受諾し、承認しまたは加入した国について、その国が批准書、受諾書、承認書または加入書を寄託してから第60日を経た後の月の第1日に、効力を生ずる。
1. This Statute shall enter into force on the first day of the month after the 60th day following the date of the deposit of the 60th instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession with the SecretaryGeneral of the United Nations.
2. For each State ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to this Statute after the deposit of the 60th instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Statute shall enter into force on the first day of the month after the 60th day following the deposit by such State of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
