第102条 用語の使用 ― Article 102 Use of terms

　本規程の目的のために、
　a 「引渡し」とは、本規程に従ってある国から本裁判所にある人を移送することを意味する。
　b 「犯罪人引渡し」とは、条約、協定または国内法によって定めるように、ある国から他国にある人を移送することを意味する。

For the purposes of this Statute:

(a) "surrender" means the delivering up of a person by a State to the Court, pursuant to this Statute.

(b) "extradition" means the delivering up of a person by one State to another as provided by treaty, convention or national legislation.
