第95条 許容性の異義に関わる要請の執行の延期 ― Article 95 Postponement of execution of a request in respect of an admissibility challenge

　第18条または第19条に従い本裁判所が許容性に関する異議申立てを検討する場命、要請を受けた国は、本規程第9部の規定に従って本裁判所による決定が出るまで、要請の執行を延期することができる。本裁判所が特別に、検察官に対し、第18条または第19条に従ってそのような証拠の収集を命じた場合はこの限りでない。

Where there is an admissibility challenge under consideration by the Court pursuant to article 18 or 19, the requested State may postpone the execution of a request under this Part pending a determination by the Court, unless the Court has specifically ordered that the Prosecutor may pursue the collection of such evidence pursuant to article 18 or 19.
