第86条 協力の一般的義務 ― Article 86 General obligation to cooperate

　締約国は、本規程の規定に従って、本裁判所の管轄権に属する犯罪の捜査および訴追について、本裁判所に十分に協力しなければならない。

States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Statute, cooperate fully with the Court in its investigation and prosecution of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court.
