第88条 国内法に基づく手続の利用 ― Article 88 Availability of procedures under national law

　締約国は、本規程第9部に定める協力形態のあらゆる場合について、国内法に基づいて、手続を利用できるように確保しなければならない。

States Parties shall ensure that there are procedures available under their national law for all of the forms of cooperation which are specified under this Part.
